Legal Fees
In addition to the quality of a firm’s legal services, the fees charged can often determine whether you will retain a law firm and which law firm you select for your legal matter.

At Grasso Law, P.C., legal fees are based upon our evaluation of the potential value and merits of your case, and we factor your ability to pay fees during the pendency of the case. In legal matters with a significant potential recovery, we offer clients the opportunity to structure their fee agreement with us based upon a modest hourly rate, or monthly retainer, plus a contingency fee based upon recovery from the defendant or insurer. Therefore, we typically have an evaluation threshold of $1 million of provable damages before we will accept your case. However, we also consult with other attorneys to whom we can refer your legal matter if we decline (or if you decline to retain us). No matter your circumstances, you can always count on us to work with and for you.
